This module demystifies predictive and generative AI by explaining what each does, where they're used, and why organizations choose them, using clear real-world examples to show how AI supports forecasting, automation, content creation, and decision-making without requiring any technical background.
Module 3: AI Across Industries
This module shows how AI is already transforming everyday work across industries—from healthcare to construction—using practical examples to help you recognize where AI is shaping your role today, where it's likely to impact your organization next, and how to use it effectively.
Module 4: Introduction to AI Tools
This module offers a hands-on introduction to everyday AI tools—teaching you how to prompt effectively, understand their strengths and limitations, and use them thoughtfully to support productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making without needing any technical background.
Module 5: Safe and Responsible AI Use
This module teaches you how to use AI responsibly by understanding where it can fail—covering data quality issues, bias, inaccuracies, and red flag warning signs—so you can apply AI effectively while keeping human judgment at the center.
Module 6: Data Fundamentals - Privacy, Security and Sovereignty
